I love training and motivating employees. I do enjoying writting business cases, developing short-term, medium term and long-term strategies and I believe in continous emprovement and learning. I like trying new ideas, new techniques and new technologies.
As a former ICT Coordinator / Assistant IT Manager for Universal Leaf Tanzania, we revised the IT Organizational stracture and talent development, and for the firt time we sent almost entire IT staff to Malawi in a cross-pollination program within the company. And for the first time one IT staff worn Best Employee of the Month.
Eventually we managed to improve IT operational excelllence by 50%. We got rid of old infrastracture and we had a more robust ICT infrastructure using latest technologies.
