My Life in Full: Work, Family, and Our Future

Another great memoir I have just read this year, this one is from Indra Nooyi, former CEO and Chairman, PepsiCo. I never knew Indra until I listened to her in one of Master Of Scale episode with Reid Hoffman in September. In that episode Indra and Reid were discussing about How to Unlock Your Team’s Creative Potential, and boy, that is the best part of this book. It gives more insights from a perspective of a CEO of a grobal cooperation as well as of an economist addressing social issues in a whole country. Also in this book she clearly articulate the thought-process behind other strategic moves like Performance with Purpose (PwP) which completely resonates with me. Furthermore, I have been in South India, Kerala, and anyone who has been there too will agree or will be able to relate to the cultural upbringing and disciplined life Indra was referring in this book.
