Here is a 21min video about HARA, a blockchain-based data exchange for the food and agriculture sector, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. HARA bridge the gap between the financial institutions and smallholders, the two worlds that rarely meet in our poor countries. During the shooting of this video in November 2018 they were planning to have a pilot in our neighbouring country, Uganda.
HARA is a game changer, if we can persuade them to bring HARA to Tanzania it will revitalize the agricultural sector and the whole local economy. I tried several times to call them and send them e-mail but still there is no reply. Anyway, I will keep trying!
