I heard about this book while I was listening to Masters of Scale podcast hosted by Reid Hoffman, cofounder of LinkedIn. But when I read it the first few pages they felt and read almost like biography so it put me off in the first place.
Then I when I was going through GateNotes I found that it was again recommended by Bill Gates. The next day I woke up at 04:30am just to take a ride on this book cover to cover, and indeed I found it’s a ride worth reading about.
The author, then CEO of Disney does a great job elaborating what it is like to be a CEO of the largest entertainment company in the world.
